Ash & Ember began as a personal journey — a slow, quiet rebuilding of myself after seasons that asked more of me than I had to give. I created small tools to help me reconnect with my identity, my confidence, my boundaries, and my sense of self. Over time, those tools became rituals… and those rituals became healing.

I realized other women needed the same thing:
